Pie!

I made a Key lime chiffon pie for my birthday. Sorry, purists, this has cooked egg yolks and Cool Whip and gelatin. The lime juice is fresh. My hands, arms and shoulders hurt for days after juicing a whole bag to yield 1.5 cups of juice. (three pies worth.) the lumps are from letting the gelatin mixture set too much before folding in the topping. I have reached the toe on the second Clessidra sock.
