Pumpkin Spice Granola

I cooked little pie pumpkins yesterday in the Crock-pot. I needed puree for the Pumpkin Spice Granola I wanted to make. Ever since I got some at Trader Joe's in Atlanta, I wanted to make some. I was happy to see this recipe on the Baking Bites Blog. Mine has toasted pecans, raisins, dried cranberries and a few of my home-dehydrated apples. The applesauce is also homemade. My favorite way to eat granola is with Stonyfield Farm French Vanilla yogurt.
