I had to make another batch of ambrosia today as we ate all the first one. I could not find Valencia oranges and had to use California navels. Had to add more sugar too. Have never made it with pineapple, but it tastes fine.
Belvedere has developed a dislike of having things put on his head to celebrate holidays. So I had to try to sneak the Santa hat on his head today.
